RF Machining confirms dimensions, fits, hole patterns, threads and material requirements from customer drawings or samples. We do not manufacture complete valves or take responsibility for pressure-boundary design, valve performance or valve certification.

What types of custom pump and valve components can be quoted?
Drawing-defined valve machined components, valve stems or trim components when specified, covers, threaded components, non-standard connectors and other machined parts can be quoted case by case. Complete valves, pressure-boundary design and valve performance responsibility are outside RF Machining's scope.
Can RF Machining make parts from a sample photo only?
Photos are useful for initial communication, but quotation and production usually require a drawing, sample measurements, material information and critical dimensions.
Are customer drawings published as product examples?
No. Customer drawings, names and order details are handled as confidential RFQ materials and are not published without permission.
