Privacy Policy

RF Machining collects RFQ fields such as name, company, email, country, product type, material, quantity, delivery expectation, message details and uploaded drawing or sample files. We use this information only to review manufacturability, prepare quotations, coordinate engineering questions and respond to the business inquiry.

RFQ attachments are retained for up to 90 days for quotation review and follow-up. Inquiry records, including contact details and RFQ notes, are retained for up to two years so we can manage customer communication, repeat requests and order history.

Cloudflare and Resend process information as service providers to operate the website, protect the RFQ form, transmit inquiry emails and keep the service reliable. Drawings are not published.

Customer names, drawings and order details are handled as confidential business materials and are not used for public case studies without permission.
